We’re pleased to announce that both Fi911, and our Co-Founder and COO Monica Eaton-Cardone, took home new titles at the 2021 American Best in Business Awards!
The American Best in Business Awards program recognizes the achievements of executives, employees, and teams, as well as accomplishments in company performance, products and services, PR, marketing, and communications. The awards are open to all organizations with at least one or more offices in the US, including startups, government, public, private, for-profit, and non-profit organizations.
Having launched Fi911 as a subsidiary of Chargebacks911 in 2019, Monica has been integral to the company’s growth and direction. Even during the most difficult moments of 2020, Monica’s leadership steered the company toward continued and ongoing success. As explained by the judges, Monica’s Consumer Service Hero of the Year win recognizes her for our brand’s success at helping banks to manage fraud and chargebacks even at the peak of the pandemic.
In addition to Monica’s win, Fi911 took home gold in the Public Service Hero of the Year category. This award recognizes our charitable contributions, and our commitment to making our community a stronger, more resilient place to call home. We were also awarded silver in the Best Product category, recognizing the value we provide to financial institutions, and their customers, around the globe.
“I launched Fi911 because, after years working in the chargeback space, it became painfully clear that an entire segment of the chargeback process was being underserved,” says Monica. “We changed the game in 2011 by introducing end-to-end chargeback management for merchants. Now, we’ve done it again by delivering that same “end-to-end” approach for banks, allowing them to reallocate resources and better serve their customers.”
