Fi911 is honored to be shortlisted for the Best Application of AI or ML in Financial Services title by The Card and Payments Awards 2023 for its DisputeLap technology. This category recognizes innovative use of Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning for improved experiences or opportunities.

For two decades, The Card & Payments Awards have honored the best in innovation and excellence across the industry. Each year, companies from all over the world submit their entries for the chance to win a prestigious TCAP honor. Each category is judged by independent panelists who are experts within the industry. The upcoming event will be held on February 2, 2023 at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House in London.
